I had doubts about going really short and wanted to discuss it with my hairdresser. She grew impatient very quickly and then snapped, telling me that they were closing soon and that I should stop wasting her time.
It was one of those situations where staff do something that just flies in the face of all basic customer service etiquette and you're left speechless.
